Exponential Umeme Africa employs the latest advances in optimization techniques together with Mechatronic models to perform comprehensive analyses, both in open-loop and in closed-loop with feedback control systems. We have carried out extensive studies that indicate feedback and/or feed-forward control can enhance the performance of the existing equipment, and how throughput can be increased. In addition, such simulations have provided insight into the robustness of the process to varying process conditions, which in turn indicates how process reliability can be improved.
